At RiskPayGo, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that any content available through our website or services infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Copyright infringement notices
If you are a copyright holder, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe in good faith that any content available on RiskPayGo infringes your rights, you may submit a written notification with the following information:

RiskPayGo will review notifications that substantially comply with applicable legal requirements and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material when it deems it appropriate.
3. Counter-notification
If you believe that the removed or disabled material was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification that includes:

Identification of the material that was removed or whose access was disabled, and the location where it appeared before being removed or disabled.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the material was removed or disabled as a result of error or misidentification.

A statement that you accept the jurisdiction of the competent courts and that you will accept notification from the original claimant or his agent.
Counter-notifications should be sent to the same contact email address indicated above.
4. Recidivism
RiskPayGo may, at its sole discretion, suspend or cancel the access of users who are considered repeat offenders, or who repeatedly violate the intellectual property rights of third parties.
5. False statements
Anyone who knowingly submits a false notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages, costs, and legal fees under applicable law.
6. Reservation of rights
RiskPayGo reserves the right to:

remove or disable allegedly infringing content;

request additional information before acting on a notification;

reject incomplete, abusive or manifestly unfounded notifications;

take any additional measures you deem appropriate to protect your rights, your users, or third parties.
